Rotolok is proud to support a major multi-national consumer goods corporation as part of a significant investment in a new manufacturing facility. This facility, part of a multi-million-pound project, will produce a new range of scented laundry beads—helping the customer expand its footprint and meet growing market demand across Europe.
As part of the installation, our customer required a series of Rotary Valves capable of maintaining product integrity while also enabling fast and efficient cleaning between production runs. Given the delicate nature of the beads, ease of access and hygiene were key criteria in the selection process.
Rotolok’s Easy Clean Rotary Valve was the perfect solution. Engineered for quick and simple access to both the rotor and internal components, the valve allows operatives to carry out thorough cleaning without the need for specialist tools or lifting equipment—improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime.
Manufactured entirely from high-grade stainless steel, the Easy Clean valve also supports the strict cleanliness standards required for handling such products. With strategic orientation during installation, each valve ensures that the laundry beads maintain their structure and quality throughout the production process, minimising degradation.
The valves have now been delivered and are currently being installed. This project marks yet another milestone in Rotolok’s longstanding partnership with this global customer, showcasing our continued commitment to innovation and excellence in bulk handling solutions.
