Rotolok is pleased to announce that, via Rotolok France, we have secured an order for 79 manually operated 350mm Slimslide Valves for a customer in Europe.
The award follows the successful supply and testing of a trial unit delivered in the latter part of last year. The test proved highly successful, with the customer reporting excellent performance and reliability, leading directly to this larger production order.
This project highlights the proven capability of the Slimslide Valve as a cost-effective and dependable flow isolation solution. Featuring a precision-machined cast aluminium body and a stainless steel slide plate, the Slimslide is designed with no product lodgement points, ensuring unrestricted material flow. In in-line applications, the valve is fully dust-tight to atmosphere, making it ideal for demanding bulk handling environments.
The Slimslide range is available with multiple actuation options, including manual push/pull, single pneumatic, and motorised operation. Valves are offered in sizes from 125mm up to 350mm, with both square and circular flange configurations available.
The first tranche of valves is scheduled for despatch in mid-March, with further deliveries to follow.
