We are currently part way through the manufacture of 26 off 150mm Pneumatic Conveying Diverter Valves for a customer in the Netherlands.
The order has been moving through the workshop this week, with production progressing smoothly as the valves take shape ahead of final assembly and testing.
Manufactured using robust cast iron bodies produced at our own in-house foundry, the Rotolok Conveying Diverter is engineered for efficient and reliable material handling. The design features clean internal geometry with no product lodgement points and a gradual transition from the single inlet to the two outlet branches.
This streamlined internal profile helps to minimise turbulence and reduce pressure loss during operation. The carefully engineered parabolic sealing profile ensures an efficient seal without the need for sealing ledges, contributing to consistent performance and long service life.
The Conveying Diverter range is available in sizes up to 300mm diameter, with various material options and a wide selection of actuation methods to suit different process requirements.
